This parcel is wooded with very young growth and is a good hunting parcel. It has no natural water on it but is very close to creek for game. Accessed from Old Hwy 26W*, a paved road to within 800 +/- feet of entrance to the property, remainder of road to entrance is graveled. Gravel road Old Hwy 26W continues east to where the bridge is out. Old Hwy 26W passes through property. Per the county, the bridge will NEVER be rebuilt; at some time in the future that portion of road from entrance to bridge may be abandoned by the county, then 1A and 1B will become one tract.

This parcel is wooded with very young growth, same as Parcel 1A/1B, and is a good hunting parcel. It has no natural water on it but is close to creek for game. Has frontage on Hwy 26W, and gravel road Old Hwy 26W* passes through property from east line of Parcel 1 to the closed bridge, same information as on Parcel 1A/1B. Good field roads through the parcel. Located on the property is an abandoned gravel pit that has been mostly dug out; remainder of the pit is not a deep pit type area.
Parcel 3 - 125.73 Acres.
Has frontage on Hwy 26W and on Old Hwy 26W, which is still active. Fenced pasture with some wooded growth in NW corner and along the stream banks. Lake with a stream that runs through the property from the lake to where the bridge is out. This is a good cattle farm, fenced, grass, water, and hunting. Paved frontage on the south (Hwy 26W) and north (Old Hwy 26W) lines.
Parcel 4 - 81.80 Acres.
Has frontage on Hwy 26W and on Old Hwy 26W, which is still active. Wooded, pine timber is more mature than Parcels 1 & 2. No natural water. Paved frontage on the south (Hwy 26W) and north (Old Hwy 26W) lines. Good hunting parcel.
Parcel 5 - 186.86 Acres.
Has frontage on Hwy 26W, property located on south side of Hwy 26W. Fenced, woods road north and south through the property. Pine timber is more mature than Parcel 4, ready to be thinned. Good hunting parcel.
Parcel 6 - 341.75 +/- Acres.
Property is south of Hwy 26W and has an owned right of way from Hwy 26W to the property. No road exists on that right of way; it will be the new owner's responsibility to put in a road. Pine timber more mature than Parcel 5, woods road through the property. Weyerhaeuser property adjoins to the west, Cedar Hill Hunting Club property to the south, Windy Hills Farm property to the north and east. As you come down the entrance right of way, in the corner adjoining Weyerhaeuser and Windy Hill properties is a 14+/- acre site that will be an excellent place to put a hunting cabin, close to the road but away from the actual hunting area. This property is surrounded by timber and is an excellent hunting parcel.
*Old Highway 26W Information:
As per Charles Schielder of Pearl River County, Mississippi Road Department (601-916-6515). From the westernmost entrance from Hwy 26W, Old 26W turns off to the north and continues NE (this part of Old 26W is active and maintained) to the end of payment and beyond all the way to the bridge that is out, where this portion of the Old Hwy 26W ends. It is an official county road and has never been abandoned, but is not serviced by the county. Sometime in the future the road passing through this property may be abandoned and revert back to the new owners. It is the County's intention to never replace the bridge.
