Working Tree Farm-Auction Parcels 1, 2 and 3

Auction Parcel 1 - 51.77 Acres
Fronts Hwy 54, (822.21+/- Feet of frontage) has office and working sheds, shop, approximately 5,306+/- tree plants of various names and sizes, underground irrigation and two lakes (.30 acres and 1.30 acres) built in 1988 and used for irrigation.
