AUCTION OFFICE SITE: The Auction Way Company office trailer is located at Hogansville I85 Exit # 29, go west mile past first red light, 1734 Lone Oak Road, you will see office trailer, all information is there.
INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. or at the open houses starting12/3/11. Gates on all properties will be open, you may enter in your vehicle anytime. Auction personnel will be at office trailer site daily beginning 12/3/11 from 2 Ð 6 p.m. Every day except Mondays and Tuesdays.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate, to arrive at the contract price.
