AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From I-85 exit 13, south on Ga. Hwy 219 for 5.1 miles to sale site on left.
AUCTION OFFICE SITE: The Auction Way Company office trailer is located at 5003 Whitesville Road, LaGrange (Troup County), Georgia.
EQUIPMENT INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site from 2:00 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. daily beginning June 4 to auction time on Auction Day. It will be best to call for an appointment for a personal private tour. You are welcome to drive the property in your vehicle or ours.
EQUIPMENT BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% BuyerŐs Premium, 10% SellerŐs Commission, 0% No Sale.
REAL ESTATE INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site July 2nd and 9th. 5003 Whitesville Road, LaGrange, Ga. and 163 S. BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) BuyerŐs premium percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate, to arrive at the contract price.
HOW PROPERTY SELLING: Each tract will be its own auction and will subject to the sellers confirmation of an acceptable bid. The sale order and how offered will be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.
