SALE SCHEDULE: Saturday, April 14th, 11 AM

PROPERTY LOCATION: 633 Ralls Road, Hogansville (Troup County), Ga.

FARM/AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Main Street & U.S. Highway 29 in Hogansville, go North on Hwy 29 1.8 miles to Ralls Road. Turn left on Ralls Road & go 1.3 miles to property on left.

AUCTION OFFICE SITE: The Auction Way Company office trailer is on property.

INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site from 3 PM until 6 PM Mar. 29, 30, Apr. 5, 6, 12, and 13. 1 PM to 6 PM on Saturdays Mar. 31 and Apr. 7. From 9 AM to auction time on Auction Day or call for an appointment for a personal private tour. Closed on Sundays, except for appointments.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate, to arrive at the contract price.

HOW SELLING: Sells subject to the Seller's confirmation. Property will be offered in parcels and/or as a whole, with the sale order and how offered, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.
