and turn right on Hwy. 34 Bypass. Follow 34 Bypass all the way around to dead end. Turn right at
dead end... this is Smokey Road. Go about 4.8 miles and look for signs on your left.
AUCTION OFFICE SITE: The Auction Way Company office trailer is located at the house on the property,
so follow driveway to house on hill.
INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00
p.m. during the week and 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends beginning Saturday, April 16th to
Auction day. It will be best to call for an appointment for a personal private tour. You are welcome
to drive the property on your own, anytime, as all gates are open for your convenience, and parcels
are well marked.
SURVEY: A new and current survey has been completed of the property.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate.
TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: Not less than TEN (10) PERCENT earnest money deposit due day of auction (we
